Stocks making the biggest moves pre-market: USAR, AAUC, CRWV, ENPH

Check out the companies making the biggest moves before the bell: USA Rare Earths — Shares rose more than 21% after the Trump administration acquired a stake in the rare earth mining company. The company will issue 16.1 million shares of common stock and 17.6 million shares of stock acquisition rights. Allied Gold — The gold mining company rose more than 3% after agreeing to be acquired by Hong Kong-based Zijin Gold for C$5.5 billion in cash. The deal is expected to be completed by late April. NEWMONT — Stocks rose more than 4% as gold prices continued to rise to record levels. Precious metal prices on Monday exceeded $5,100 for the first time. Enphase Energy — Solar energy stocks fell nearly 2% after the company announced it would cut its workforce by more than 5%, affecting about 160 employees. Airlines — The group fell as severe winter storms that affected much of the U.S. raised concerns about flight cancellations and delays. Shares of United Airlines and American Airlines each fell nearly 1%. Shares of Delta Air Lines and Southwest Airlines also fell. AppLovin — This mobile advertising company is up more than 2% after upgrading from Needham. The company changed AppLovin’s rating from Hold to Buy. Needham’s $700 price target indicates a 25% upside from Friday’s closing price. IonQ , SkyWater Technology — Shares rose 2.7% after the quantum computing company agreed to acquire SkyWater Technology for about $1.8 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the second or third quarter of 2026. IonQ added that it expects sales in 2025 to be at the high end of its guidance range. Skywater Technology soared 7.3%. CoreWeave , Nvidia — AI cloud stocks rose nearly 10% after Nvidia announced it was investing an additional $2 billion in the company and expanding its partnership. The companies said in a release that the investment will enable them to “accelerate the construction of over 5 gigawatts of AI factories by 2030 to advance AI adoption globally.” Nvidia fell 0.6%. Hecla Mining — Shares rose more than 5.5%, up year-over-year, and at the high end of guidance after the company announced it would produce 17 million ounces of silver in 2025. Meanwhile, gold production exceeded guidance. Gold and silver prices hit new highs on Monday, also supporting stocks. — CNBC’s Sarah Min and Davis Giangiulio contributed reporting.
