“We don’t want to use the U.S. military to attack Iran, but sometimes we have to,” President Donald Trump said Friday.

However, President Trump also said that he has “not made a final decision” on whether to attack Iran.

“Let’s see what happens,” he said. “We will discuss this later today. We will have additional discussion today.”

President Trump made the comments to reporters outside the White House after expressing frustration with Iran’s failure to comply with U.S. demands to curb its nuclear program.

“We’re not happy with the way they negotiated,” Trump said. “They can’t have nuclear weapons.”

President Trump said of the situation, “I’m not happy that they’re not going to give us what we need.”

Asked by a reporter if there was a risk of a prolonged conflict in the Middle East if the United States attacked Iran, Trump said: “I would say there’s always a risk.”

“It would be great if they could really negotiate in good faith and good faith,” he said. “They haven’t gotten there so far.”

The U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem earlier Friday allowed non-emergency U.S. government employees and their families to leave Israel “due to security risks.”

Also on Friday, the giant American aircraft carrier Gerald Ford arrived off the coast of Israel.

Early Friday morning, MS Now reported that Omani Foreign Minister Badr Al Busaidi was scheduled to meet with Vice President J.D. Vance and other US officials in Washington, D.C., “to avoid war with Iran.” Mr. al-Busaidi has been mediating negotiations between the United States and Iran, which ended Thursday without an agreement.

Also Friday, the State Department announced that Secretary of State Marco Rubio will visit Israel on Monday and Tuesday to discuss Iran and other regional issues.
