Arsenal will face Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final on March 22nd, which will be broadcast live on Sky Sports.

The top two teams in the Premier League will face off at Wembley Stadium for the first major silver medal of the 2025/26 season.

Arsenal have won this competition twice, the last time they lifted the trophy in the 1992/93 season.

Mikel Arteta’s side defeated Port Vale, Brighton, Crystal Palace and Chelsea to reach the final.

Man City have won this competition eight times, the last time they lifted the trophy in 2020/21.

Josep Guardiola’s side beat Huddersfield, Swansea, Brentford and holders Newcastle to reach this year’s final.

The last league meeting between the two teams this season ended in a 1-1 draw at the Emirates Stadium in September.

Arsenal vs Man City odds and score prediction

Sky Sports Lewis Jones…

Targeting the opponent’s goal in a match at Wembley remains a sustainable long-term betting strategy. This may be the mecca of English football – it’s every footballer’s dream to play there – but I’m sure this place takes away the momentum of the game.

Maybe there are some low-scoring matches due to being at stake, but I think those matches rarely come to life. The numbers remain abysmal and provide solid evidence that Wembley is the place to back up the low scores.

In the last 49 domestic and European matches played at Wembley (that is, this does not include international football), the average goals per 90 in normal times is 1.88. And if they had held a sub-3.5 line in those 49 games, they would have won 46 times. This corresponds to a 94 percent hit rate with a sample size of 49 matches. Even though the price is very short, you get a great return on your investment.

In addition to favoring a low-scoring match, I’m reluctant to pick Arsenal as favorites here. It is the first time in almost six years that the Gunners have reached a cup final, and they have won just once in their last 17 games, either in a Champions League knockout tie or away games at Liverpool, Chelsea and Man City.

Bet on Manchester City’s double chance of scoring less than 3.5 total goals on 10/11 with Sky Bet.

Prediction: 1-1 (Man City wins on penalties)
