U.S. stock futures rose Friday morning. S&P500 and Nasdaq Composite April ended with new intraday and closing highs.

Venu Krishna, head of U.S. equity strategy at Barclays, said the strong economic growth outlook and untapped tech story are catalysts for a continued strong market rally from here.
“The story is good, so we remain optimistic. The last thing I want to say is that the pace of this recovery has been very strong in such a short period of time, leaving us with the possibility of a little bit of a lull in the short term,” he said on CNBC’s “Closing Bell: Overtime” Thursday afternoon. “But…I think the trajectory and direction are quite strong.”
