Sky Sports will make sure you don’t miss a second of the action as the dramatic Premier League season comes to a thrilling conclusion.
All remaining 20 Premier League matches will be broadcast live on Sky Sports, starting with Aston Villa v Liverpool on Friday 15th May.
There will be no Premier League football on Saturday 16 May, but Sunday 17 May will see Manchester United v Nottingham Forest and relegation-threatened West Ham travel to Newcastle.
Top-flight Arsenal will aim to extend their lead when they host Burnley on Monday 18th May.
The penultimate game concludes on Tuesday 19th May, with title challengers Manchester City heading to Bournemouth and Tottenham heading across London to take on rivals Chelsea in a major relegation battle.
The final Premier League match will take place on Sunday 24th May, with all matches kicking off at 4pm.
