Check out some of the companies making the biggest moves at noon. Shares of Intuitive Machines — the maker of robotic spacecraft and landers meant to fly to the moon — rose another 9%, extending their fifth day of gains. Houston-based Intuitive Inc. said it has received “clearance to proceed” from an unnamed customer to begin work on a $600 million multi-satellite communications infrastructure program. On Friday, Intuitive rose 8% after disclosing its latest order backlog. EyePoint Pharmaceuticals — The drug company’s stock price plummeted by about 70%. The company’s wet age-related macular degeneration treatment, Duravue, failed to meet its primary goal in a Phase 3 trial. JetBlue Airways — The company’s stock fell 6%, its seventh decline in nine sessions. The company’s stock has struggled over the past six months, dropping 13%. Seaport Research Partners downgraded JetBlue’s rating from “buy” to “neutral.” Onto Innovation — Shares of the semiconductor process control company rose 5% after Goldman Sachs initiated a buy rating on the stock, according to FactSet. The stock is up more than 120% this year. Workday — Shares of the human resources software maker fell 4%. Deutsche Bank downgraded Workday from buy to hold, according to FactSet. The move comes after Workday has soared 40% since July 24. Last Thursday, the stock posted its biggest single-day jump in a decade after Reuters reported that private equity firm Silver Lake was in talks to buy the company. Alibaba — Shares rose nearly 1% after Reuters reported that Alibaba plans to sell its game development business. Lingxi Games is expected to be sold to private equity firm Truster Capital for more than $2 billion, Reuters reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Memory chip stocks — Several stocks rose after U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick said in a Wall Street Journal interview that the Trump administration opposes Apple’s purchase of Chinese memory chips. SanDisk stock rose 10%, Western Digital stock rose 5%, Micron Technology stock rose 6%, and Seagate Technology stock rose 2%. Intel — Shares rose nearly 4% after CEO Lip Vu Tan bought more than 105,000 shares at $95 per share last week, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission late Friday. SoFi Technologies — The digital financial services company’s stock rose slightly after Piper Sandler initiated research coverage with an Overweight rating. Analysts said SoFi’s current price is an attractive entry point as the company’s strong product portfolio fills a growing addressable market. Okta — The stock regained early gains, spurred by Wells Fargo’s upgrade from equal weight to overweight. Analysts at the bank said identity is becoming a spending priority for enterprises, and this will likely strengthen Okta’s security offering. — With additional reporting by CNBC’s Darla Mercado, Sarah Ming, Fred Imbert and Davis Giangiulio.
