Stocks whose prices fluctuate significantly after hours: ORCL, ADBE, RH

Here are some companies that are making headlines for their extended deals. Oracle — The software giant beat Street expectations in its fiscal first quarter, soaring 6%. Oracle had adjusted earnings of $1.92 per share on revenue of $19.35 billion, compared with the expectations of analysts surveyed by LSEG of $1.74 per share and $19.14 billion. Adobe — The maker of Adobe Creative Cloud fell 2% after reporting guidance for the current quarter that was roughly in line with expectations. Adobe expects adjusted earnings of $6.30 to $6.35 per share, compared to LSEG’s consensus estimate of $6.32 per share. Revenue for the period is expected to be in the range of $6.8 billion to $6.85 billion, compared to a consensus of $6.85 billion. Copart — The auto auction company soared more than 8% after reporting better-than-expected fourth-quarter revenue. Copart posted revenue of $1.15 billion, while LSEG’s consensus was calling for $1.14 billion. Copart also announced that it will acquire ACV, a digital vehicle marketplace, in a deal valued at approximately $1.9 billion. RH — The home furnishings retailer’s stock rose 6%. RH’s second-quarter revenue was $922 million, beating LSEG’s consensus call of $915 million. Full-year sales guidance calls for growth in the range of 5.5% to 7%, while analysts had called for a 5.6% increase.
