After announcing a number of new features for Meta’s Muse AI app at this week’s Connect 2026 developer conference, the company is accepting early access requests. Meta shared Friday that you can now ask Muse to be on your list to be the first to try out the latest features.
When Meta posts a link to a prompt on X and shares it with Muse, it records that he is interested in joining Meta’s early access program.

Companies typically offer pilot tests or beta versions to selected users, but they often A/B test to randomized groups to get feedback and measure results. In this case, however, Meta is looking for AI enthusiasts to try out its features first. Given that this crowd tends to use multiple AI apps and agents and has a good understanding of the market, this tactic can help you stay ahead of your competitors.
What will be the new features? Meta teased a lot of things with Connect, including the launch of a digital avatar for Muse that lets you video chat, more shopping partnerships and connectors, and an expansion of the Muse Mac app that will soon let you use your computer to complete a variety of tasks.
The company also said Muse will join Meta’s lineup of AI glasses, allowing users to interact with agents simply by speaking a wake word and issuing commands.
