That’s all. Three days to introduce your startup in front of 10,000+ founders, investors, operators, and technology leaders at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026. Exhibition reservations close on Friday, October 2nd at 11:59pm PT. This is your last chance to present at the heart of the global startup ecosystem.

Once the deadline passes, Expo Hall will move on without you. Competitors, potential investors, customers, and members of the press will gather in San Francisco to discover new companies, make connections, and determine which startups are worth paying attention to. If you miss this period, you will have to wait until next year for another opportunity to put your product on this floor.

This is your last chance to introduce your startup to over 10,000 founders, investors, executives, and technology leaders at Disrupt, October 13-15 at Moscone West in San Francisco. They come looking for startups to support, products to use, companies to partner with, and technologies worth highlighting.

Make sure your startup is one of the companies they look at.

Get your product in front of the right people

The Expo Hall is Disrupt’s highest traffic location, and it takes the team three days to turn visibility into real conversations. Exhibition tables put you directly in the path of customers, investors, partners, and other decision makers who are there to discover your next product.

Spend 3 days on:

Demo your product directly to potential customers, investors, and partners. Introducing venture capitalists who are actively looking for their next opportunity. Generate leads through the Disrupt mobile app. Build partnership relationships with customers face-to-face. Promote your brand in front of thousands of people visiting Expo Hall.

The $12,500 exhibit package includes a 6-foot x 30-inch table for all three days, 10 team passes, lead generation tools, website and app branding, access to a press list, Silver Tier Sponsor branding, and more. Founders also have access to opportunities such as Deal Flow Café and investor and founder networking.

“We love TechCrunch Disrupt because it’s very active, dynamic, and really good at collaborating with the community.” —Startup Founder, Disrupt 2025

3 days to make an impression, 3 days to create an opportunity

Startups that emerge will be given a chance to start a conversation. Those that grab attention can turn that conversation into leads, partnerships, customers, and potential investment.

Don’t wait until October to see your startup listed on the floor. Your competitors, customers, and potential investors will already be there.

There are 3 days. Get your startup in the room by October 2nd at 11:59pm PT

Are you not exhibiting? Must still be in Disrupt

At TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, more than 250 top technology leaders will participate in more than 200 sessions across six industry stages, highlighting the ideas and strategies shaping AI, fintech, robotics, infrastructure, and more. Go beyond the stage with AI-powered matching, one-on-one meetings, interactive sessions, and networking opportunities to help you meet investors, customers, partners, collaborators, and people who can advance your business.

Next, head to the Expo Hall to discover over 300 startups and products competing to determine what comes next.

Whether you’re showcasing what you’ve built or looking for what to build, redevelop, or buy next, Disrupt puts the people and opportunities you need in the same room.

Get your Disrupt tickets and be sure to be there from October 13th to 15th.
