Russian President Vladimir Putin says Russia has successfully tested the nuclear-powered Burevestnik cruise missile, a nuclear-capable weapon capable of penetrating any defensive shield, and will move toward deploying the weapon. “This is a unique pottery that no one else in the world has,” Putin said in a statement released by the Kremlin on Sunday.
