Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham are keeping an eye on Antoine Semenyo ahead of the January transfer window.

The forward signed a new contract in the summer amid interest from a number of clubs including Spurs and Manchester United.

Semenyo has continued to impress other teams this season with his performances for Bournemouth. Only Erling Haaland (11) and Igor Thiago (eight) have scored more goals in the Premier League this season than Semenho (six).

Semenyo has continued to impress other teams with his performances for Bournemouth this season.

This follows on from the 25-year-old scoring 11 league goals last year, and it cannot be ruled out that he could make a bid if a new spot opens up.

However, contrary to reports, Mr Semenyo has not asked to step down and is believed to be angered by the allegations.

Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo talks about his Premier League form so far and transfer speculation through his team-mates

A move for Semenyo did not materialize in the summer as United signed Brian Mbeumo and Spurs signed Mohamed Kudus, so Semenyo signed a new five-year contract at Bournemouth until 2030.

Spurs are looking to sign another forward in January, particularly one who can play on the left, while Liverpool and City are also considering new forward options in the long term.

Semenyo is happy to have moved to Bournemouth due to transfers.

'Anything is possible' | Semenyo talks to Redknapp about form, goals and Bournemouth's season

Bournemouth’s Antoine Semenyo’s stellar form has helped push Bournemouth into second place, with some calling him the best player in the league. Jamie Redknapp headed to the club’s South Coast base to meet him…

Semenyo revealed in an interview with Sky Sports earlier this month that he is not concerned about speculation surrounding his future, but was glad he stayed at Bournemouth in the summer.

The winger spoke to Sky Sports’ Jamie Redknapp before Cherries’ defeat to Manchester City and was asked about his future.

“I don’t really think about it,” Semenyo said. “I try to stay present as much as possible. I always watch the news and I watch it as well. It’s not that I don’t care, but I try to stay focused.

'A £100m player?' | Iraola shares his opinion on Semenyo

Bournemouth head coach Andoni Iraola has been unable to confirm whether Antoine Semenyo’s new contract includes a release clause, leading to questions about whether he is currently worth £100m.

“I’m enjoying my football here. If I’m not scoring goals, it all goes away. I’m staying where I am, doing my best for the team, scoring goals and trying to see what happens in the future.”

“When they (former team-mates) all left (in the summer), there was a lot of interest and interaction at the club.

“But I knew in my head that the manager was trying to do something this year. The way the season ended last year was very good and I think we can continue, especially with the players we have brought in.”

“I wasn’t very confident at first, but it’s going like a house on fire. I’m glad I decided to stay here, because I’m enjoying every moment.”
