Moscow —  Russian President Vladimir Putin has claimed that what he called the world’s most powerful missile system — dubbed “Satan II” by NATO — will be ready for “combat duty” by the end of the year after a successful test on Tuesday. For the first time, Anthropic has more verified enterprise customers than OpenAI, according to fintech company Ramp’s AI Index this month. The study, compiled from Ramp’s client spending data, found that 34.4% of participating companies pay for Anthropic services, more than any other AI lab, and only 32.3% of companies pay for OpenAI. Meta on Wednesday said it is adding the ability to start “incognito” conversations with its Meta AI chatbot within WhatsApp. These conversations, the company said, will be processed in a secure environment and can’t be seen by anyone.
