Last month, Israel’s Security Cabinet secretly approved the legalization of more than 30 new settler outposts and farms in the occupied West Bank, according to three Israeli officials familiar with the decision. Core inflation was already above the Federal Reserve’s target even before the recent spike in energy prices, according to a key measure released Thursday. AP — British and Norwegian militaries have led a weeks-long operation to interdict a Russian submarine suspected of “malicious activity” in the North Atlantic, the British military announced Thursday.
