The fate of these investments is now an open question as the industry moves away from electric cars and trucks. Kyiv, Ukraine AP — Emergency power outages occurred in several Ukrainian cities and neighboring Moldova on Saturday, officials said, amid a promise from the Kremlin to US President Donald Trump to pause attacks on Kiev as Ukraine faces its harshest winter in years. Pakistan’s military said on Saturday that 33 people, including civilians, were killed in multiple suicide and gun attacks by “terrorists” across the restive southwestern province of Balochistan, and security forces responding to the violence killed 92 assailants.
