Daniel Dubois could clash with Jirayi Zhang, who “absolutely wants” a fight with Britain’s former world heavyweight champion.
Dubois has been away from the ring since losing a rematch to Oleksandr Usyk last July, but the 28-year-old Londoner could make a return against Chang.
The 6-foot-6 Chinese southpaw, nicknamed “Big Bang,” indicated he is open to an explosive matchup with Dubois.
“Zhang absolutely wants the fight with Dubois,” co-manager Terry Lane told Sky Sports.

“This has been on his wishlist for quite some time. I’ve let Queensberry[Frank Warren’s publicity team]know and I hope we can make it happen.”
Zhang suffered a stoppage loss to Ajit Kabayel last February, but has previously proven his punching power with devastating wins over Deontay Wilder and Joe Joyce.
“Chang vs. Dubois is going to be an absolute tough fight,” Lane said.
“Despite coming off a loss, they’re both still top players. It makes sense to do that.”

Trainer Tony Sims believes his fighter Daniel Dubois has the edge over domestic rival Tyson Fury, who recently announced his return.
Dubois has been preparing for his next fight with new trainer Tony Sims after ending his reign as IBF champion with a fifth-round knockout loss to Usyk at Wembley.
Dubois’ career coach, Frank Warren, also gave the green light for the fighter to pursue a matchup with Chan.
“I would love to see him appear on ‘Big Bang,'” Warren said on the Queensberry Promotions YouTube channel.
“I think it’s a great match. I like that match.
“I’d like to see it. Let’s see.”
