Conor Benn will face Regis Prograis on the undercard of the Tyson Fury-Arslanbek Makhmudov fight at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on April 11th.

The announcement followed Benn’s industry-shaking decision to sever ties with Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Boxing and join Zuffa, a new promotion run by UFC boss Dana White.

Benn’s first fight under his new regime will see him return to his win over Chris Eubank Jr. and face two-time light welterweight world champion Prograis (30-3, 24 KOs).

Ben said: “April 11th can’t come soon enough and it means everything to me to be back at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium where we made history against Eubank Junior.

“My last fight there showed the world exactly who I am and what I’m all about. Fighting on the biggest stage, biggest show, I’m not afraid of anyone! I’m totally locked in and ready to give my next statement performance.”

Two of Prograis’ three professional losses came on British soil in world title fights against Josh Taylor in 2019 and Jack Catterall in 2024.

Prograis added: “The last time I fought in London Conor Benn was on the undercard so this is a full circle moment for me.

“But this circle ends on April 11th with me teaching him a lesson. He’s not fighting a super middleweight who’s cut weight. I’m in shape and I’m going to take home this win.”
