So far in 2026, big names like Hovnanian, Toll Brothers, DR Horton, Lennar, PulteGroup, and Taylor Morrison have all appeared. But all but one are down double digits from their September highs. The exception was Toll Brothers, which is down 9% from its high. Pulte has fallen 15% from its high. Taylor Morrison is down 18.5% from its high. DR Horton is down 22% from its high. Renner is 26% off his high. Hovnanian is 38% off the high.
