Ukraine said its military had destroyed three main fuel lines near the Ramensky area.
At least nine people were killed and many injured in air attacks blamed on Russian air raids across Ukraine.
Authorities in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region said Sunday that a Russian air raid that set a store on fire on Saturday killed four people, including two children aged 11 and 14.

Ukrainian officials also said Russian warplanes bombed a number of trucks and other vehicles in the southwestern Odesa region, killing two people and wounding three others.
In Kherson Oblast, Russian forces launched drone, artillery and air strikes against more than 20 settlements, killing one person and wounding two, Governor Oleksandr Prokudin said.
A 20-year-old man was killed and 19 others, including two children, were injured when a ballistic missile, believed to be an Iskander-M equipped with a cluster warhead, landed on the outskirts of Mykolaiv, local authorities said.
In the front-line Zaporozhye region, Russian attacks targeted 18 settlements, killing one civilian, injuring three people and damaging homes, Governor Ivan Fedorov said.
These attacks left tens of thousands of residents without power. About 60,000 people faced power outages, Fedorov said, adding that emergency services would begin repairs as soon as the security situation allows.
Ukraine’s state energy operator Ukrenergo announced rolling blackouts across the country, saying it was the result of “large-scale Russian missile and drone attacks on energy facilities.”
Meanwhile, Ukraine also launched attacks on Russian forces and infrastructure. Russia’s Ministry of Defense announced that its air defense forces intercepted 164 Ukrainian drones overnight, including 39 over the Black Sea and 26 over Crimea.
Ukraine’s military intelligence agency claimed its forces attacked the Koltsevoy pipeline in the Moscow region, a 400-kilometer (250-mile) pipeline that supplies gasoline, diesel and jet fuel from refineries, inflicting a “serious blow” to Russia’s military logistics.
It was announced that all three fuel lines were destroyed near the Ramenski area. There was no comment from Moscow.
On the northeast coast of the Black Sea, Ukrainian drone strikes hit the town of Tuapse, and Ukrainian media reported that a tanker and an oil terminal pier were attacked.
The two countries also continue large-scale fighting over the city of Pokrovsk, which is key to Russia’s campaign to control the entire eastern Donetsk region.
Russia claimed on Saturday that it had killed a number of Ukrainian special forces who landed by helicopter in the city, but Ukrainian military officials denied the idea that they were besieged in the area.
Russian media also claimed on Saturday that two pro-Russian hacker groups had infiltrated six major Ukrainian insurance companies and obtained the personal information of senior political and military officials and millions of customers.
