Floqer’s AI agents research sales prospects so your team doesn’t have to.

Floqer is an autonomous customer knowledge platform that provides business-to-business sales and marketing teams with an AI-powered database designed to continuously collect, organize, and update information used to understand their customers.

Floqer will be pitching on the Startup Battlefield stage at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 on Wednesday. Floqer told TechCrunch ahead of his presentation that the company plans to open source the technology behind the autonomous customer knowledge database. Release is targeted for early 2027, pending security review.

Floqer also said annual recurring revenue (ARR) exceeded $1.2 million and overall revenue has grown approximately 10x over the past year.

The startup was founded by CEOs Shivam Mahajan and Zaaheda Islam, who met in college. Prior to joining Floqer, Mahajan worked as a software engineer at Kyndryl and Islam worked as a senior data scientist at Axis Capital.

Floqer’s first product bore no resemblance to its current product. “We started with a Chrome extension called ‘Super Chat,'” Mahajan told TechCrunch in an interview earlier this month. “Anyone can log in with their ChatGPT account to understand and take notes.”

The founders quickly realized that large enterprises were using the extension to clean up data in their customer relationship management (CRM) systems. In conversations with these companies, we found that keeping CRM data clean is largely manual and there are few established processes to keep customer records up to date.

“When we talked to them, they said cleaning CRM data was very manual and there was no established process for it,” Mahajan said. “That was insightful for us, and from there we pivoted and built Floqer.”

The problem that Floqer is solving is one that is familiar to anyone who has worked in sales or revenue operations. Finding potential customers can take hours of searching Google, LinkedIn, company websites, job boards, and other sources to identify companies that fit a specific profile, then tracking down the right people and their contact information.

Floqer aims to automate much of that research. Users describe what they’re looking for, and an AI agent searches a variety of sources to create a list of relevant companies and contacts.

The company says its system can use more than 100 third-party data sources to enrich accounts and add details about the companies sales teams are targeting. When you need a verified email address or phone number, Floqer uses a “waterfall” approach, checking one data provider after another until it finds usable information.

The system also continuously monitors the web for changes. If a prospect changes jobs, gets a promotion, or works for a company that raises new funding, those updates may be reflected in the user’s customer record.

Floqer describes the technology as a fleet of AI agents that continuously examine interactions with businesses, people, and customers, so team members don’t have to perform that work manually. According to the company, customers are reporting exploration times reduced by up to 70%.

“Our autonomous customer knowledge database is only available to a limited number of users, largely due to how much demand our teams can actually adequately address,” said Mahajan. “But open sourcing it helps solve that.”

This decision was partly in response to customer requests. Mahajan said some companies want to host their data themselves rather than keeping it within a vendor’s own platform. Some people want to change the technology or build on it.

“Our mission is to enable every team to build a central source of growth,” said Mahajan.

Because the database can contain sensitive customer information and is already used by large companies, Floqer conducts a security review before making the database public.

Founded in 2024, Floqer has raised $2 million in pre-seed funding with participation from investors including Perplexity’s F7 Fund, N49P, Tidal Venture Partners, and Perplexity co-founder Denis Yarats. The company currently has eight employees and more than 1,000 customers, including Perplexity, Wise, and AngelList.
