Anthropic suffered widespread disruption Monday morning, with thousands of users reporting problems accessing the Claude service. The outage appears to affect Claude.ai as well as Claude Code, but the company says the Claude API is working as intended. Most users encounter an error similar to the following screenshot when they try to log in.
