Derek Chisora will face Deontay Wilder on April 4th at London’s O2 Arena, marking the 50th professional fight for both heavyweights.

Chisora is a cult hero in British boxing and has been at the top of the division for the past 15 years.

He has fought many times against the best boxers in the world, including Tyson Fury (three times), Oleksandr Usyk and Vitali Klitschko.

Chisora has challenged for a world title twice before, and his third fight with Fury headlined a football stadium and continues his strong form.

American Wilder is widely considered to be the heaviest puncher in the sport and perhaps one of the hardest hitters of all time.

Barry Jones and Don Charles believe Wilder underestimated Chisora and the fight is all wrong for the ‘Bronze Bomber’

The former WBC heavyweight champion is undefeated in 43 fights, a streak the Olympic bronze medalist started in 2008 and extended until his second fight with Fury in 2020.

Wilder, who boasts a knockout rate of over 97 percent, has scored some impressive finishes along the way. After losses to Joseph Parker and Jiray Zhang, Wilder rebuilt last year with a win over Tyrrell Anthony Herndon.

Wilder has been linked with a fight with current unified heavyweight champion Usyk, while Furst will return to the UK to fight Chisora for the first time since defeating Audrey Harrison in 2013.
