West Brom have sacked Eric Ramsey just 44 days after appointing him as head coach.
Ramsey, who was appointed to replace Ryan Mason in January after stepping down as manager of MLS side Minnesota United, struggled during his time with the Hawthorns, failing to win any of the eight league games he was in charge of.
The 34-year-old has drawn four and lost four championship matches during his short spell.
His Baggies team also lost to Norwich and were eliminated from the FA Cup.

A statement released after Tuesday night’s 1-1 draw with Charlton said: “West Bromwich Albion have parted ways with head coach of the men’s first team, Eric Ramsey.”
“Assistant head coach Dennis Lawrence has also left the Hawthorns.
“The club would like to thank Eric and Dennis and wish them the best of luck for the future.
“First team coach James Morrison will oversee first team operations on an interim basis.”

Eric Ramsey said after West Brom and Charlton drew 1-1.
“We’re not talking about this performance in isolation. We add this to multiple draws and not winning enough or getting enough over the line, so it feels like we’re taking a step back.”
“We know what we need in this situation at the moment, we need a win, but we don’t need a draw.
“The number of chances was enough to win the game, but it wasn’t enough.
“We lack real brilliance and quality in front of goal.
“I’m not sitting here because of five losses where the team wasn’t competitive.
“Throughout the last four league games, the team has been competitive and fighting, and I don’t feel like there’s a lack of connection between me and the team.”
