The impasse in the US and Israel’s war against Iran has made Lebanon the most active front in the conflict. Israeli forces built trenches in the de facto occupied southern part of the country, reducing entire neighborhoods to rubble. Meanwhile, as US President Donald Trump seeks to maintain delicate negotiations with Iran, Lebanon remains a key issue as Israeli support for the war continues to grow.
