Nebius stock soars after Nvidia discloses 9.3% stake in neocloud

Nevius Stocks then skyrocketed on Tuesday. Nvidia Revealed 9.3% of Neocloud’s shares.

The Amsterdam-based company has emerged as one of Europe’s leading neo-cloud providers of AI computing and has signed multiple deals with tech giants in 2026 amid huge infrastructure spending.

Nevius stock rose 7% in premarket trading.

The company has been one of the big beneficiaries of the AI ​​boom, with its stock up nearly 250% in the past 12 months. As of Tuesday morning, the company’s market capitalization was $46 billion.

Nebius and Nvidia have been contacted for comment.

Nvidia previously announced it would invest $2 billion in the Dutch company, which is listed on Nasdaq.

As part of the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on AI infrastructure deployment, fleet management, inference, and AI factory design and support.

In March, Meta signed a long-term deal to spend up to $27 billion on Nevius’ AI infrastructure.

Nvidia has amassed stakes in some of the world’s most promising AI companies in recent years.

The semiconductor giant contributed $30 billion to OpenAI’s $110 billion funding round announced in March and participated in Anthropic’s $30 billion raise in February.
