Check out the companies making the biggest pre-market moves: Vertiv — The AI infrastructure company’s stock fell less than 1% after announcing its $1.45 billion acquisition of UtilityInnovation Group. The agreement also includes up to $1.15 billion in additional consideration related to the achievement of 12- and 24-month EBITDA targets, according to a company press release. This acquisition will enable data centers to secure power more quickly. Sirius — The company’s stock price rose more than 3% after Deutsche Bank upgraded the stock from hold to buy with a price target of $45, suggesting an upside of more than 60% from current levels. Dell Technologies — The computer maker’s stock rose 8% in premarket trading after both stocks beat expectations on Tuesday. Dell also raised its forecast for fiscal 2027, citing strength in its artificial intelligence services business. Palo Alto Networks — Shares of the cybersecurity stock fell nearly 2% on Tuesday after the company reported better-than-expected fiscal fourth-quarter earnings. The company had revenue of $3.41 billion and earned earnings of $1.02 per share excluding items, beating estimates of 98 cents per share and $3.35 billion per LSEG, respectively. MongoDB — This data development company fell about 13% despite reporting better-than-expected earnings and a positive outlook. MongoDB’s second-quarter earnings, excluding items, were $1.90 per share on revenue of $772 million, compared to analysts surveyed by LSEG who had expected earnings of $1.61 per share and revenue of $734 million. Credo Technology — The connectivity stock fell about 9% as non-GAAP gross margin for the quarter was 68%, compared to 68.3% in an analyst survey conducted by LSEG.
