Stocks with the biggest price movements after hours: LULU, ZS, GWRE

Here are some companies that are making headlines for their extended deals. Lululemon Athletica — The sportswear maker’s stock plunged 18% after the company issued a bleak outlook for the current quarter. Lululemon expected per-share earnings to be in the range of 93 cents to 98 cents and revenue in the range of $2.29 billion to $2.32 billion. Analysts had expected earnings of $2.40 per share, or $2.53 billion. Docusign — The software company soared more than 4% after reporting higher profits and revenue in its second-quarter financial report. DocuSign also raised the high end of its full-year revenue outlook and raised its full-year non-GAAP operating margin forecast. Zscaler — The cloud security company’s stock was slightly changed, erasing previous gains. The company’s fourth-quarter adjusted earnings were $898 million, or $1.19 per share, beating LSEG’s consensus call of $1.09 per share, or $877 million. The outlook for this quarter also exceeded expectations. Adobe — The software company has announced that Anil Chakravarthy will be its next CEO. He replaces Shantanu Narayan, who announced he would step down from the position in March last year. The stock price fell more than 1% last time. Planet Labs — The satellite imaging company’s stock rose 4% on strong second-quarter results. Planet Labs posted adjusted earnings of 2 cents per share on revenue of $116.1 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had expected a loss of 2 cents per share on revenue of $104.5 million. Asana — Shares of the work management software platform fell about 11% after this quarter’s guidance failed to impress the public. Asana expects third-quarter revenue to be in the range of $217 million to $219 million and adjusted earnings of 8 cents per share. Analysts surveyed by LSEG were looking for earnings of 9 cents a share and revenue of $218 million. Guidewire Software — The platform for insurance companies fell 15% after its current quarter revenue guidance fell short of expectations. Guidewire expects revenue in the range of $372 million to $378 million, compared to LSEG’s consensus estimate of $387 million. Samsara — The Internet of Things-focused software company soared 17% on a rosy outlook. Samsara expects full-year sales to be in the range of $2.04 billion to $2.05 billion, beating LSEG’s consensus estimate of $2.01 billion. Adjusted earnings guidance was 76 cents to 78 cents per share, beating expectations of 72 cents per share. UiPath — This software company lost 9%. UiPath expects adjusted operating income for the quarter to be approximately $100 million. That compares to the FactSet consensus estimate of $99.6 million. Revenue guidance for the current period is in the range of $440 million to $445 million, compared to an estimated $441.5 million. CNBC’s Ananya Chettiar and Davis Giangiulio contributed reporting.
