Peloton Interactive — Shares fell more than 4% after Morgan Stanley downgraded the stock from equal weight to underweight. “PTON faces structural headwinds in the fitness space,” Morgan Stanley said. Boston Scientific — The medical device maker fell more than 2% after the company said a recent cyberattack could impact its 2026 sales and profit targets. Bloom Energy — The fuel cell maker is up more than 6% as it prepares to join the S&P 500 on Sept. 21. Bloom has benefited greatly from building AI data centers. The company’s stock price is up about 190% this year. Quantum Computing Stocks – The quantum computing sector rallied after the US announced it had agreed to take minority stakes in several companies as part of a $300 million CHIPS Act deal. Investments will be made in D-Wave Quantum, Rigetti Computing, and Quantinuum. D-Wave stock rose more than 5%, Rigetti rose nearly 14% and Quantinuum rose another 4%. —CNBC’s Christina Cheddar Burke contributed to this report.
