Initial deliveries are expected to total $2.4 billion by 2027-2028. Generac also granted Amazon the right to buy up to $340 million worth of its stock. Amazon stock rises 1.3%4 Lennar — The homebuilder reported disappointing third-quarter results, sending its stock down 1.2%. Lennar earned $1.19 per share, missing the $1.28 per share expected by analysts polled by FactSet and nearly half its profit at this time last year. Sales came in at $8.05 billion, compared to the consensus estimate of $8.23 billion. Fluence Energy — Shares fell 22% after the battery maker cut its full-year outlook. Fluence currently projects sales of $2.4 billion in 2026, compared with its previous guidance of $2.9 billion to $3.1 billion. The company also expects a loss before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $200 million, which is higher than its previous guidance range of $30 million loss to $10 million EBITDA. Nike — The beleaguered athletic shoe giant rose 1.5% after announcing the appointment of Alexandre Arnault, deputy CEO of LVMH’s Moët Hennessy, to its board of directors. “Alexandre has a reputation for helping iconic global brands evolve, innovate and grow in changing and complex markets,” Nike said in a statement. Arm Holdings — CEO Rene Haas told CNBC’s Jim Cramer that he’s increasingly confident the company can meet demand for new data center chips. The stock price rose about 4%.
