The final quarter of 2026 began on Thursday, with the Nasdaq Composite Index up 15.6% since the beginning of the year. It has fallen 1.6% from its high. The Russell 2000 has gained 12.7% since the beginning of the year. It is down 9% from its August high. The S&P 500 index is up 11.8% since the beginning of the year. It has fallen 2% from its high. The NYSE Composite Index is up 6.8% since the beginning of the year. It is down 5.5% from its August high. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up about 6% this year. The index is down 7% from its high. .IXIC YTD Mountain 2026 Nasdaq Composite Index Nordic American Tankers CEO Herbbjorn Hansson will appear on “The Morning Call” with Morgan Brennan starting Thursday at 5 a.m. The stock price has increased about 43% in three months. The stock is down 5% from its high earlier this month. McCormick reports earnings live on ‘Squawk Box’ Stocks have fallen about 8% in three months. McCormick is based in Maryland and is known for its Old Bay seasoning. The stock is down 36% from its February high. Old Bay pairs well with steak, fish, chicken, and fries. MKC 3M Mountain McCormick’s Nike report for the past three months is live on “Closing Bell: Overtime,” and the stock is down almost 14% since the last report. The stock is down 4% from its high a year ago. Nike is at a 52-week low. Other 52-Week Lows Deckers is down 36% from its February high. Las Vegas Sands is down 46% from its December high. McDonald’s is down 32% from its March high. VICI Properties is down 30% from its all-time high last October, while SBA Communications and Crown Castle International are both down 30% from their all-time highs. Defensive end CrowdStrike hit a 52-week high Wednesday. The stock price has increased 21% in one month. Palo Alto Networks hit a 52-week high. The stock price rose 16.5% in three months. Hewlett Packard Enterprise also has a security program. The stock price rose 22% in one month.
