Check out the companies making headlines before the bell: Neogen Corp – The food safety company soared 11% after raising its fiscal year outlook. Neogen expects sales to be in the range of $885 million to $890 million. That compares with previous announcements of $880 million to $885 million and the FactSet consensus estimate of $883.2 million. Penguin Solutions – The company that builds artificial intelligence factory platforms rose more than 4% after reporting better-than-expected fourth-quarter results. Adjusted earnings were $1 per share on revenue of $566.7 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet called for 77 cents a share and revenue of $521 million. Constellation Brands — Shares fell 5% even though the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter results. The beer distributor earned $3.74 per share on revenue of $2.63 billion. Analysts had expected revenue of $2.54 billion and earnings per share of $3.56. That said, Beer’s operating margin declined 160 basis points year over year. Depletion, an important demand indicator for the company, also decreased slightly from the same period last year. Flutter Entertainment — FanDuel’s parent company rose nearly 3% following an upgrade to Neutral Buy by Citi. “We believe concerns about recent stock declines due to Brazil and the September US sports results are overblown,” Citi analysts said. Micron — Shares were down 2.6% Wednesday morning due to weakness across the semiconductor group.
