Check out the companies making the biggest pre-market moves: Bank of America — Shares fell 4% after the company reported a sharp drop in third-quarter profit after being fined $1.2 billion by the U.S. Treasury for money laundering violations. Earnings fell 17% to 91 cents per share, which would have been $1.08 per share without the penalty. BlackRock — The asset manager rose 3% after reporting higher earnings and earnings. Adjusted earnings were $15.93 per share, compared with analyst estimates compiled by LSEG of $14.13. Assets under management totaled $15.49 trillion, up from $13.46 trillion a year ago. ASML — The Dutch semiconductor company’s U.S.-listed shares fell 1% after the company reported slightly lower net sales in its third-quarter financial report. This amount was 11.66 billion euros, compared to LSEG’s estimate of 11.72 billion euros based on analyst research. However, net income exceeded expectations. GameStop — Shares rose 2% after GameStop CEO and Chairman Ryan Cohen disclosed in a regulatory filing that he had purchased 844,000 shares. Dell Technologies and Hewlett Packard Enterprise — Shares fell more than 2.5% and nearly 4%, respectively, after Barclays downgraded the stock from overweight to equal weight. Both companies’ stocks have risen in 2026, with Dell up more than 350% and HPE up 185%, but analysts at the bank question whether those gains will continue much longer. Morgan Stanley — Shares rose slightly by 0.4% after Morgan Stanley reported higher profits and sales in its third-quarter financial report. Equity earnings were better than expected, but earnings from the investment banking division were lower than expected. — CNBC’s Sarah Ming contributed reporting
