Nexalin Technology — The medical device company’s stock fell more than 18% in the premarket session after the company announced a 10-year sales and manufacturing agreement with Inovanexa Medical Technologies on Thursday. Vylor — Vylor stock rose slightly after the company was added to the S&P 500 on Thursday. Weiler will also be spun off from Corteva on Thursday and become part of the S&P 500. Seagate Technology, Western Digital — Shares of Seagate Technology and Western Digital fell more than 11% and 8%, respectively, following a Nikkei report that Toshiba will double its production capacity for hard disk drives used in data centers and invest $380 million to expand its facilities in the Philippines.
